Leveraging my expertise as a Certified Public Psychologist and Career Counselor, my strength lies in a comprehensive approach that bridges academic research, educational practice, and societal implementation.
In my teaching, I integrate social psychology and experiential learning models into industry-academia-government collaborative Project-Based Learning (PBL). My practical classes are designed to foster students' social and professional independence, equipping them with the resilience to navigate an uncertain future. I also place a strong emphasis on providing tailored academic support for students with diverse needs.
Through my research and societal contributions, I strive to advance recurrent education and reskilling initiatives that promote both individual well-being and sustainable organizational growth. I advocate for a new paradigm of learning in open higher education, which I call "Shin-Career Education" (A New Approach to Career Education), to support lifelong career development.
