Status of Educational and Research Activities
現在まで研究活動とともに、学生教育・社会人教育のコースやプログラムを通じて、教育活動も積極的に行ってきました。そこでの教授法として、レクチャー・メソッド(講義方式)とともに、ケース・メソッド(討議方式)に関しても、これまで研鑽を積んできました。ケース･メソッドとは、実際の企業事例を題材にして、受講者との(同士の)ディスカッションを通じ、その企業の経営(戦略・組織その他)について考察・検討する方法です。そして、様々な研究を通じて析出された結果や理論を、実践的な教育に活かす事を常に心掛けています。また、大学の演習科目(ゼミ)では、企業や地域社会との連携・協働を通じて、アクティブ・ラーニング（能動学習）を実践しています。アクティブ・ラーニングとは、教員からの一方向的な講義で知識を覚えるのではなく、学生が主体的に参加、仲間と深く考えながら課題を解決する力を養う事を目的とし、そうした力を養う授業手法として、ディスカッションやグループワーク、プレゼンテーションなどが挙げられます。(「プロフィール」「講師・講演」「教育上の能力」「社会における活動」参照)
