Status of Educational and Research Activities
人的資源管理論ないし経営組織論を主な研究領域としています。組織の中での人間行動はどうなっているのか、組織の中で人々が働きやすくなるにはどういった仕組み（制度）が必要かを考えています。最近は、地球環境問題やSDGsと人的資源管理との連関について追究しています。最近は組織と個人の長期的なかかわりあいを表すキャリア概念に関心があり、とくにキャリア教育の実践方法およびその効果測定について研究を進めています。さらに、共同研究者との科研費研究テーマとして、保育者のパーソナリティ変容を促す人的資源管理について実証研究を進めています。大学での教育面について、現在学部で担当している科目は「経営組織論」「経営学総論」そして各種演習科目です。ただし、人的資源管理論や経営管理論も担当可能です（過去にも担当の経験があります）。大学院では「経営組織論特殊講義」などを担当しています。過去には大学院科目「人的資源管理特別研究」やMBA科目「人材マネジメント」も担当した経験があります。
